About The Scheme

The Training Academy of Great Britain, in conjunction with Klued in, have come together with a single objective to encourage the employers of Britain to begin to take the first few steps to create a stronger, more efficient and engaged workforce. Our exciting and educational training service is a unique blend of simulations, interactive games and tutorials. This helps teams to develop bonds, learn new skills and provides you with a basic employee engagement strategy, all in the pursuit of creating a world-class workforce.

The Training Academy is a free service for all employers. To join simply enter a valid company email into the registration form which can be found in the JOIN US section.
